We started using Network Brainiacs in December of 2014 and it was the best IT decision we ever made.  Even though Network Brainiacs costs more to monitor our computers, the money is well spent. In our industry, being down is a disaster and money is always lost.  The reason we have not been down is because they monitor us daily and when something is amiss they address the problem before it becomes an emergency. Before using Network Brainiacs we would be down sometimes for days which can be very costly both monetarily and customer service wise.
